As Senior Brand Manager, you will be part of the Microïds Marketing Department. In direct contact with the sales department and the production and development teams, you will be in charge of launching our titles in France and abroad. To do this, the Product Manager ensures the marketing mix is defined and deployed for video games developed on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC, Mac, iOS and Android. In this context, your main duties will be as follows:


  • The development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies in accordance with the assigned budgets;
  • With external agencies, the completion and monitoring of the creative components used for communication, print and digital advertising, game trailers, POS promotional materials and all of the marketing tools (product sheets, sales arguments, displays…);
  • Cross-marketing operations, partnerships and media exchanges;
  • The development of traffic on our web sites and social networks;
  • Participation in Media and Sales presentations and in the organisation of product presentation at trade fairs (Gamescom, Paris Games Week…);
  • Ensuring the guidelines established by age rating organisations (PEGI, USK, ESRB….) and console manufacturers (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo) are respected;
  • Market studies and competition watches for the games you are in charge of;
  • Sales monitoring and CRM optimisation, as well as development of our customer loyalty programmes.
  • You are a graduate of a business school with at least 4 years’ experience as Product Manager in video games or a similar sector;
  • You are dynamic, creative and rigorous, and have excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • You speak fluent English, enabling you to work with our international partners;
  • You have excellent knowledge of office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop;
  • You play video games, and have good knowledge of the video game market. Knowledge of the new technology market is a plus.;
  • You are enthusiastic and have good interpersonal skills; you enjoy challenges and being part of an extremely motivated team in a company that is growing quickly.
